Head Coach of the Black Starlets, Paa Kwesi Fabin says he believes he has the right crop of players to win the upcoming FIFA U17 World Cup.
The Starlets placed second at the recent African Youth Championship, but the former Hearts of Oak trainer is optimistic they can win the tournament in India next month.
“The last time we participated in the AYC I said I wanted qualification but this time we have the men to deliver the trophy”.
“All things being equal,” he told the media.
The team will depart Ghana today to begin a training tour in Dubai before the tournament commences on the 6th of October.
Ghana will have to contend with the host nation, India, Columbia and United States of America in Group A.
