UEFA have announced nominees for 2020/21 Player of the Year Award with Chelsea and Manchester City dominating proceedings.

Both Champions League finalists boast players which make up the three places for the prestigious award, with Jorginho, N’Golo Kante and Kevin De Bruyne set to battle it out for the honour.

The award winner will be announced at the 2021/22 UEFA Champions League group stage draw ceremony, which will take place on Thursday 26 August at the Haliç Congress Center in Istanbul, Turkey.
