Jordan Ayew is grateful the being crowned the the 2019 Foreign Player of the Year at the 45th MTN SWAG Awards.
The Black Stars striker Jordan Ayew overcame competition from teammates Thomas Partey and Mubarak Wakaso for the top award.
He tweeted: “I’m honoured and grateful to receive the SWAG Foreign Footballer of the Year Award.”
Ayew had an incredible campaign with Crystal Palace last season where he was named the club’s Player of the Season for his stellar performances in 2019/20.
The striker bagged four awards at Crystal Palace following his incredible performance for the Eagles last season.
Jordan Ayew played in Ghana’s defeat to Mali in the international friendly game played in Turkey yesterday.
In the 2019/20 season, he scored nine goals in the English Premier League for Crystal Palace.
