The Ministry of Youth and Sports through a statement have rubbished reports that they have approved a 9-man list for the Winter Olympic Games this month.
According to the Ministry, the reports are false and malicious and should be disregarded by the public.
The Ministry however announced that they have only approved 3 persons for Ghana’s team.

The delegation would be led by Mr Evans Opoku Bobie, Deputy Minister for Youth and Sports, Mr. Mohammed Sahnoon, Secretary General of the Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC) who will also double as the Chef de Mission for the Games after the resignation of Dr Bella Bello Bitugu.
