Serbian coach Slavisa Bozicic has extended his stay with Ghana Premier League club King Faisal.
The Serbian tactician has signed a new 3-year contract with the Kumasi based club ahead of the upcoming season.
The new deal will see Bozicic pocket $3,000 as monthly salary
He has been tasked to finish in the top four in the upcoming 2020-21 Ghana Premier League season.
King Faisal were bottom on the league table with only six points after 14 matches played in the truncated 2019/20 Ghana Premier League campaign.
Meanwhile, the club is set to adopt Nyinahin Sports Complex as their home venue for the upcoming league season.
The Kumasi-based club is looking for a new venue following the renovation works currently ongoing at their favourite Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
George Amoako who is the Chief Executive Officer of the club has hinted that his outfit is set to adopt Nyinahin Sports Complex as their new home venue.
“Looking at the proposal from the GFA for the 2020/2021 league in the midst of Covid-19, it means that we might have to break the league into 2, Northern and Southern zones,” he told Oyerepa FM.
“Just 2 venues will play all the matches, home and Away in our zone, it has not been firmed up yet by the stakeholders.
“It looks like Nyinahini will not be part strictly Obuasi and Dormaa that’s what’s on paper now if that happens, then we will have to comply but if given the chance to play at our desired home grounds, it is 90% we are going to Nyinahin.”
