CAF have announced the referee who will be the middle man when Hearts of Oak lock horns with Club Indistriel Kamsar from Guinea at the Accra Sports stadium.
According to CAF, Patrick Tanguy Jean Philippe Vlei from Côte D’Ivoire will be the centre referee when the two sides clash this weekend.
Tanguy will be assisted by compatriots Kouame Gabriel Kangah (Assistant I), Kalilou Bamba (Assistant II) and Allou Franc Eric Miessan (Fourth Official). Sekou Wieh Konneh from Loberia will serve as the Commissioner while Dr. Christiana Baah works as COVID-19 Officer.
The game is scheduled for the Accra Sports stadium on Sunday, September 19, 2021 at 15:00.
The winner of the fixture will face Moroccan giants WAC Casablanca in the next round of the Champions League.
Meanwhile, Hearts of Oak suffered on Sunday suffered a slim defeat to Accra Lions at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The newly-promoted side came from behind beat Hearts of Oak 3-2.
