Aduana Stars defender Farouk Adams has sent a warning to Hearts of Oak that they will beat them when they both cross swords in an outstanding Ghana Premier League fixture today.
According to him, Aduana Stars will dash Hearts of Oak hopes of picking their second win of the season after their victory over Dreams FC on Sunday, making sure that the Accra based club leaves Dormaa empty-handed.
The ‘Ogya’ boys will be hosting the ‘Phobians’ at their favourite home grounds at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park and Adams is already predicting doom for his opponent.
The Dormaa based side have not had the best of start to the season as they are yet to pick a win in their opening four matches. However, Farouk Adams believes his outfits struggles is a test from God but is hoping things will turn around against Hearts of Oak.
“We’ve been struggling in our last four games but we consider it as part of life and also a test from God. We the players have already talked to ourselves that the Hearts of Oak game is a must-win for us because winning this game will take us to the 6th position on the league log” Adams told Otec FM in Kumasi.
“Hearts winning 3:0 against Dreams Fc doesn’t mean they can beat Aduana Stars. We will do all we can to put smiles on the faces of our fans” He added
Aduana Stars – two-time League Champions, have yet to win a game this term drawing against King Faisal (1-1), Bechem United (0-0) and Techiman Eleven Wonders (1-1). They also lost 1-0 to Elmina Sharks on matchday four.
