Edward Nii Odoom has assured fans of Hearts of Oak that his team be ready for the commencement of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.
According to Hearts Media, the have been enjoying the sessions which are very competitive with every player eager to prove himself to the technical team.
The coach and technical team have been taking the players mainly through endurance work as they build up their muscles and fitness levels before kicking a ball.
The playing body will continue training all week to increase their sharpness and concentration ahead of their preseason friendlies and the Ghana football season.
Also newly Accra Hearts of Oak player, Isaac Mensah has started that he happy to have joined his teammates for the preseason training as his club gears up for the start of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.
The forward said he aims to form an integral part of Coach Edward Odoom’s side for the upcoming season.
Mensah was signed from Division One side Nkoranza Warriors on a three-year deal and is willing to fight for a place in the side after having a good season with the lower tier side in the cancelled season of 2019-20.
He scored nine goals for Warriors in the Division One league (Zone One) before the season was cancelled due to the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic.
