Two-time Champions Aduana Football Club have climbed to the summit of the Ghana Premier League following their matchday 7 win over Great Olympics.
The Ogya lads defeated Great Olympics 1-0 at the Nana Agyemang Badu I Park on Saturday.
Bright Adjei’s first-half strike was enough to see coach Asare Bediako’s side carry the day. The striker scored as early as the minute which proved to be the match-winner.
Saturday’s win is their fourth successive victory in the ongoing 2021/22 Ghana Premier League campiagn after the 5-1 win against Real Tamale United, Legon Cities (1-0) and WAFA (3-0).
Courtesy of the three points, Aduana FC are now first on the Ghana Premier League table with 14 points leading Kotoko and King Faisal by 2 points.
