The Confederation of African Football (CAF) have appointed officials for Asante Kotoko’s match-day five game against Al Hilal Omdurman.

The Porcupine Warriors will be playing in front of their home fans for the second consecutive time in the group stage campaign having defeated Nkana FC 3-0 last weekend in Kumasi.

Ethiopian referee Bamlak Tessema Weyesa has been appointed to officiate the CAF Confederation Cup game match set for March 10 at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi.

The 38-year-old will be assisted by compatriots Temesgin Samuel Atango and Ugandan Mark Ssonko as first and second assistant referees respectively.Image result for , Mark SsonkoMark Ssonko from Uganda

Weyesa served as a referee during the 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifiers and was last year selected as a match official for the World Cup in Russia, forming part of a small group of officials from Africa who participated in the global football showpiece.

Tessema officiated Ghana’s 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Mauritius.

The match will kickoff at 16:00 (4 pm).
