Medeama SC have confirmed the signing of Akesse Akesse on a four-year deal ahead of the new Ghana Premier League season.
Akesse has joined the Mauve and Yellows from second-tier side Nzema Kotoko.
The 21-year-old bagged 12 goals in 25 matches to proper Nzema Kotoko to a respectable fourth position in the Ghana Division One League Zone 2.
He also provided nine assists and was voted Man of the Match on six occasions to underline his quality.
Speaking after his move to the Tarkwa-based side Akesse said: ‘I am super thrilled to start this new challenge with Medeama. I have been looking forward to it and am happy it has finally happened.
‘I am one of you and I can’t wait to start working with the rest of the group. I am looking forward to meeting my teammates and ensuring that we excel for our supporters.
