She made this known in an encounter with Prime News in Accra.

When asked about her thoughts on people who criticised the NPP government for achieving practically nothing over the past months of it being in power (on the basis of its promises to create economic prosperity in the country), she said: “a lot of things has gone on within these past eight (8) months:  we [the leadership] are setting the economy on the right path”.

She cited the tax exemption regime introduced, the ongoing implementation of the one-district-one-factory project, the declining inflation rate, among others as some progress made over the last 8 months of the administration.
