Ghanaian dancehall artiste Livingstone Etse Satekla known as Stonebwoy has said he won’t endorse any political party based on the current situation in the music industry.

“I don’t know but there should be several ways a musician like myself can work with the government, not a political party because their aim is to get power but the goal of the government is to work for the people and serve the people whereas give us a better Ghana so I will always be available to be part of that government to serve a better Ghana but I won’t endorse any political party during elections due to the current situation of most artistes,” he stated.

When asked by Andy Dosty if he is disappointed that some artistes endorsed political party he replied: “I can’t be disappointed in them they have the right to choose what they believe in which is absolutely good by them”.

There are several celebrities who over the years have engaged in politics and endorsed political parties but Stonebwoy says there is more to it than just endorsing for a political party.
